Once you have setup your account, you are ready to start a session with your therapist. Our team will then place you on the schedule. You will receive an email like this.
Ensure that the scheduled time, child’s name, and therapist’s name is correct. Then begin by clicking “Start Meeting”.
You might be prompted to log in or it may take you directly in to TheraPlatform. Once you have logged in you will see this screen:
Once the therapist joins the room with you, it will bring you to your session.
Alternatively you can join meetings through Theraplatform itself. Just login to the dashboard and click “Join Scheduled”
From there you will be taken to your schedule. Click on the appropriate appointment time and then click “Join Session”.
